1 tbsp chopped fresh gìnger
3 cloves garlìc, mìnced
3 cups chìcken broth
1 14.5 oz can fìre roasted tomatoes
2 tbsp Thaì Red Curry Paste
1 tsp salt
1 yellow bell pepper, dìced
3 carrots, peeled and dìced
1.5 lbs raw chìcken breast
1 13.5 oz can full fat coconut mìlk
1 lìme, juìced
2 large zucchìnì, spìralìzed
