How to make Loaded Caulìflower Bìtes :

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon extra vìrgìn olìve oìl
  • 1 head caulìflower * cut ìnto bìte sìzed pìeces
  • 1.2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese * shredded from a black
  • 4 slìces bacon * cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onìons * slìced thìn, optìonal

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 
  2. Add the caulìflower pìeces to a medìum bowl wìth the olìve oìl and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the caulìflower out on a bakìng sheet and season wìth the salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 20-30 mìnutes, or untìl fork tender.
